Your license to use ID Photo JP, how photo acceptance works, ID Photo JP Pro (one-time purchase), and the limits of our liability.
These terms govern your use of ID Photo JP ("the app"), provided by Z-SOFT CO., LTD ("we"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute it. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
2. About ID photos
The app adjusts size, face position and background to published standards and common practice, and shows a photo check as a guide. It does not guarantee that a photo will be accepted. Final acceptance is decided by the receiving office; you are responsible for checking its latest requirements.
The app is for making photos that show who you are. Do not use it to impersonate anyone, to make photos of others without their consent, or to forge or alter official documents. A parent or guardian should make photos of children.
3. ID Photo JP Pro
- ID Photo JP Pro is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- On devices using the same Apple ID or Google account, "Restore purchase" unlocks it again at no extra charge.
- Payments and refunds follow Apple's or Google's terms. We cannot process refunds ourselves.
4. Your data
The app stores data only on your device, and we keep no backup. We are not responsible for data lost to a broken or lost device, to deleting the app, or to deleting or auto-deleting history. Save the photos you need to your Photos app.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it fits a particular purpose, that face detection, background removal or the photo check are accurate, that it works on every device, or the size of printed photos (which depends on the printer's settings). To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Updated terms take effect when they are published on our website.
